Important Aubusson carpet from the Charles X period
On a wine-red background stands out a whole network of repetitive beige motifs borrowed from the plant world and stylised. The centre is decorated with an oval medallion in bloom echoing the horns of plenty in each of the corners. The green border is decorated with scrolls and foliage.

Unlined. Used condition, reduced in size (particularly in width), slight discolouration and a stain (see photos).
